CONSULTATIONS
Most consultations are done via phone. Phone consultations can be done if you’re traveling to us from out of town or just don’t want or need a consultation in person. In fact, this is our most common type of consultation. In person consultations are assesed a fee of $100. 50% of this fee will be credited toward any procedure if scheduled within one year of the consultation.
SCHEDULING
A non refundable fee of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This can be made with a valid credit or debit card or Paypal account on this website by going to the Information tab / Pay Deposit. This deposit goes toward payment of your appointment unless you are late or do not show up for your appointment and per terms of payment. Please see our policies page for complete info on cancellations and rescheduling.
NEW CLIENTS
If you are a new client to our office, and you have had your permanent makeup done by someone else, you will be charged as if you are a new client. Working on someone else’s previous work is not easy. Corrective work may incur additional charges. Reduced touch up prices will begin after your first procedure done by us.
PAYMENT
We do accept most credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks. You will be given a receipt for all payments.
We charge a $20 admin fee for each procedure, which is waived with cash payments.
Annual touch up prices are counted from the anniversary date of your last touch up procedure with us. There is no grace period for this, so be sure to schedule early enough in the year to get an appointment before your anniversary date before the price goes up to the next level.
All previous contract touch up prices will continue to be honored.
*For follow up to be included at no additional fee it must be done within 6-8 weeks of your original procedure.
